But I'm not lacking belief."
i completely feel the same way about church. while i don't go to a catholic school, i go to church classes and one day my teacher was talking to us about gay marriages and how it was TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY WRONG. i believe that God wants everyone to be happy, and if two guys want to go get married, whatever, it's their life. and i hate people telling me what to believe. so i don't agree with all of the modern day teachings of the church, but i believe in God and i pray to God and i go to church every sunday.
i do have to say though, religion is one of the most complicated things. especially when you're a teenager (like me) and you're still trying to figure out who you are and where you belong.
religion has helped me through that, but also confused me. but to put it simply, i love going to church and hearing about how much i should live my life well and be good to other people, and i feel like if i have faith in something bigger than i am, everything will be alright.

(this is why i love your blog. i say that everytime i comment, but it's totally and completely true!)Hayleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06444048975483195224noreply@blogger.com
